The IBP Body of Knowledge (revision 4.0)
NOTE: Trying to present this body of knowledge in a linear order, or in a chronological order (sho-
uld this even be possible), from an andragogical standpoint would be a very poor strategy. There-
fore, you should refrain yourself from trying to discover logical consequence in the way this body
of knowledge is presented. Logical consequences are linear structures, whereas the IBP Body of
Knowledge follows a pattern of recursive structures. This specific recursive structure is a direct
result of countless andragogical experiments, observations and conclusions derived from empirical
study (workshops, trainings, consulting, coaching etc.).
