IBP Certification

Integral Business Practitioner (IBP) Integral Business Practitioner is an entry-level certification awarded to individuals that have completed the IBP Modules 1 to 4. These individuals have the understanding of foundational concepts of integral business practice: core business principles of second- order cybernetics, systems theory, human development and behavior. Integral Business Developer (IBD) Integral Business Developer certificate is awa- rded to individuals that have completed the IBP Modules 1 to 6 and have demonstrated the application of IBP Body of Knowledge in their business practice. Individuals certified as Integral Business Deve- lopers have the competencies necessary to develop and deploy integral practices in their business environment.

Integral Business Leader (IBL) Integral Business Leader certificate is awarded to individuals that have completed the IBP Mo- dules 1 to 10 Training, have demonstrated repetitive application of IBP and continue to inspire, motivate and transfer IBP knowledge to other people. Master of Integral Business (MIB) Master of Integral Business certificate is awarded to Integral Business Leaders that actively contribute to further development of IBP Body of Knowledge and dissemination of Integral Business Practice. These individuals have the highest understanding and commi- tment for practicing Integral Business and for continual personal and organizational development. Integral Business Trainer (IBT) Integral Business Trainer certificate is awarded to Integral Business Leaders or Masters of Inte- gral Business that have successfully completed the IBP Train-the-Trainer education and have demonstrated high level of Human Developme- nt competencies. Integral Business Trainers are also Members of the Faculty whose work is supervised by the IBP Board of Regents. Integral Business Organization Integral Business Organization certificate is awarded to Small and Medium organizations that have clearly demonstrated commitment to Integral Business Practice, at a minimum by training 50% of their managers in IBP modules 1-4. Leader in Integral Business Leader in Integral Business certificate is awarded to Medium and Enterprise organiza- tions that have clearly demonstrated commi- tment to Integral Business Practice, at a minimum by training 60% of their senior and middle managers in IBP modules 1-4. Special evaluation criteria by members of the IBP Board of Regents serving as auditors may be applied for evaluation of candidate organi- zations.
